I am sitting on the rocky stones of the Teldekpen rapids nearby the Oroktoy Bridge over the Katun River.

The width of the river in this place is only 30 meters, while the depth is at least 70 meters. The wild and irrepressible main river of Altai noisily pours through the bottleneck of rapids and rushes on.
